Shil

Shil (Citizens Advice Bureau) is a service that provides advice and answers in a
wide range of areas to the residents of the city and helps solve problems free of
charge and with complete confidentiality. The service is based and operated by
volunteers.
The service provides advice in many areas: insurance, income tax, VAT, salary
calculations, tax refunds, advice on setting up a business, advice on preparing a
business plan, consumer issues, mediation, labour relations and labour law, family
law, social security, enforcement, claims, small claims, municipal field, filling out
forms, tort law, neighbour relations, juvenile delinquents, help in writing resumes,
mortgage counselling, affidavits, house witnesses, general issues - advice on legal
issues for the citizen.
